Furthermore, TibiaRP remains the right to close its website or discontinue any service they offer at any given time without any notice. Everything submitted to this site will be a part of TibiaRP and the moderating team have the right to remove it if it is thought to be unsuitable. TibiaRP is not liable for any data loss; always keep local copies of your files and content. The services we offer you (including all content and downloads) will be presented to you "as is". TibiaRP is not and can not be kept responsible for any possible kind of damage. We do not ensure correct, up-to-date, error-free, secure or virus-free content or downloads.

You agree not to use TibiaRP for illegal purposes, to harm others or to break someones privacy. By visiting TibiaRP you agree to the International law. A violation of these laws may result in a banishment from our website or under certain circumstances lead to legal action being taken.

5. Tibia rules
Everything you post or do on TibiaRP should be done so while keeping the Tibia rules in mind. We are a supported/promoted Tibia fansite, so we have to respect these rules at all times. This means no account trading, no real life money sales, no open Tibia related posts... Violations of these rules can lead to a punishment or a complete termination of our service to you.
