OoC:
I'll not be able to post over the weekend since I'm going to Disneyland. I should be back at Tuesday evening and of course the first thing to do then is to post here again Smile

BiC:
"Well... I have to tell my brothers where I'm going. I'm usually helping on the farm and if I leave, they have to arrange a helper in stead of me. It shouldn't be a problem, it can take a few days though."

Eilfy ponders for a while over what to do now. She should go home and tell her brothers, arrange her things there to have more rest during her training... but the idea of turning into a swordfighter is really attracting her.

She carefully turns to Ren.

"I hope you don't mind waiting for a few days. I'll take my stuff with me and leave some of the less important things at home. Saves weight as well in my bag."

Eilfy carefully takes the bag from Ren's shoulder and puts it on her back, an action that almost makes her fall on the ground for the second time today.

"Thanks for wanting to be my teacher Ren, I really appreciate that."

She runs to the door that leads her back into the pub, turns around and blows a kiss to Ren.

"I'll be back really soon!"

Then she turns around and leaves the scene.

OoC:
I hope this was okay Smile

Ren watched as the young girl left him. He was lost now, he was hoping that by taking the girl to the temple, he would have somewhere to finally stay. He patted his traveling cloak. "just me you and the streets again tonight im afraid"

He looked up and saw her blow a kiss too him. "But you know my old travelling companion" he again adressed to the cloak "This time, I think it will all be worth while"

"WAIT" he called after the girl, Ren approached her and took her sword from his back, and handed it over to her. "when traveling back to greenshore, keep this weapon at your side. if your should meet a foe, find a firm stance for your feet to stand", he showed how to stand, "hold your sword up to your shoulder and point it forwards" He again demonstrated the move "Let your foe make the first move, and watch his weapon closley, after the first strike, stand aside and bring you blade down to his back." Ren finished the slashing movement. "this is your first lesson, and it would do well for you to not forget it on your journey"

The girl turned to walk away, but Ren grabbed her shoulders and bought her to face him.

Surprised and stunned by Ren's action, she allows him to do so and accepts the sword. It feels quite heavy.

"Thanks for that, I really hope I won't encounter anything on my way home though. It should be safe..."

Feeling Ren's hands on her shoulders feels weird and she gets a little frightened by this sudden act of Ren.

I hope Shyra wasn't right after all...

Turning himself to the man whom tripped on his robes, Vorhamus approached him from the back, and poked lightly his back.

- Hey... You were the guy whom tripped on my robes..? - he asked coldly. - Do not worry about them... They're black anyways...

After talking, he walked in direction to Frodo, and payed his bill.

- By the way Frodo... - he whispered.

- What? - Frodo asked with displeasure.

- Who drank my beer? - he asked.

- T'was you. - he answered while taking the money to the ends of his bar.

Without answering, he walked back to the table, and without sitting back on his chair, said:

- Farewell folks... I am not interested on remaining here... I probably already have disturbed a quite big number of people...
Besides... I am quite bored... I am going out and find something to do...

Taking his leave, some curious people seemed to observe every second he made to get out. As soon as he passed through the smashed door, or 'archway', he could already hear the joyful and noisy atmosphere come back to the pub. He decided to pay a visit to Lugri, an old friend.

"Please" said Ren in all earnesty. "Return unharmed" He reached under his shirt and pulled out a small ankh with an engraving of a white raven on a string, he bought it over his head and removed it from around his neck, he then looped it over Eilfy's neck and looked her dead in the eye "This is a sacrid relic of Banor. Whilst it is on you, I shall know if any danger should cross your way and I shall be with you, sword in hand within the hour" Ren corrected his shirt and stood tall, with a smile he looked down at her "Travel safe my freind, and may your sword stay sharp."

Touching the Ank carefully, she looks up to Ren.

"Thanks for caring about my safety but I am sure that I will return safely, don't worry. Now I really have to go or it will take even longer before the training can start."

With a last enthusiast wave Eilfy runs off to Greenshore to arrange the final things.

OoC:
Okay, now I'm really out of here for a couple of days. Have fun!

Walking back into the tavern, he saw the black hooded man talk to Frodo "Twas you" he over heard.

He watched as the man went to leave the tavern, Ren followed him out. He was walking towards the northern gates of the city. He could see Eilfy dissapearing in the distance, and he didnt want this strange man going the same way at the same time.

"OI" He called after the hooded man. He turned around "You drank your beer, I heard Frodo say it. I want my money back"

He knew this was a poor excuse, as he had offered the money freely, but he just wanted to keep him back long enough for the girl to get out of sight.

Sarc Griffinheart stifled a yawn as he walked through the streets of Thais in an attempt to find somewhere to sit down and relax. At first, he planned to sit on a large bench beneath the branches of a tall Oak tree; but when he saw that his favourite thinking spot was occupied, he set off in the direction of the nearest tavern.

Usually he hated sitting in taverns - they were full of drunks, rowdy adventurers and sometimes even criminals. Still, he knew of one tavern in the city that would be tolerable - a tavern owned by a man named Frodo. If he was lucky, he knew he might overhear some of the adventurers talking about places near the city where he could find fortune. It had been over a month since he had seen any real sort of adventure.

He arrived at the tavern and pushed open the wooden door. A few of the taverns inhabitants gave him curious looks before returning to their own business. He didn't blame them though - he certainly stood out whilst wearing a suit of frost dragon scale armour, and carrying a heavy looking arbalest in his left hand.

The barkeeper showed him to a table, and Sarc paused for a few moments before ordering a mug of fresh water. He wasn't one to drink alcohol - it clouded the mind and the bodys reactions, and thus would simply make him easier to kill. He glanced around at the diverse crowd of adventurers around him, but since he didn't know anyone he remained silent.

- Huh? What? - asked Vorhamus to himself while he turned around to face the person.

Vorhamus recognized the person, and answered:

- I already payed him..! - he yelled while concentrating on walking to the gates.

As Vorhamus looked directly in front of him, he saw a woman walking as well to the gates. Glazing back to the man behind him, he saw the man gave some quick glares to her.

"These two sat together... Maybe he thinks I want to harm her?" he thought asking himself.

Suddenly, Vorhamus' image disappeared, leaving no remnant track of his presence.

- Do you think I want to harm that woman there..? - he whispered silently from behind the man, as if he had teleported himself somehow. - If you do... Then I have to say you're wrong... - he muttered. - Or is this because of this appearance of mine..? - he asked still in a lowered voice. - Have you never the common telling: 'Do not judge a person by his or her's appearance'..? - he asked remaining calm behind the man.

The skin prickled on the back of Rens neck and the sound of the whispering behind him. He lowered his hand slowly to the hilt of his sword.
"His appearance?" Ren spat "Try being seen accosiating with the son of Zathroth, try the sound of your voice that spells evil with every word, and appearance maybe one thing, and if you don't want to be judged in such a way by your apperance, wear something else"

Ren turned around and unsheithed his sword "I have no reason to trust your word. You will stay here untill she is a safe distance from us."

Vorhamus sighed at the man's stubborness.

- My voice..? - he muttered.

By placing one of his hands in the darkness within the hood, he seemed to reach something from there. When his hand came out, it revealed a jawbone.

- How about now? - he asked, in a not just more human voice, but also a strong and overall nice tone.

Then, he broke the jawbone in mid-air and placed his hand back where it was before.

Ren looked on in disgust as this vile scene was played out to him

"demon" he muttered taking a step back. He looked over his shoulder too see if Eilfy had yet managed to make it out of sight, he felt he made the gesture too obvious.

He looked back at the monster before him "this city" Ren muttered "has truley been forgotten by the gods" and with that he walked past the monster, heading for the north gates.

Vorhamus sighed once more, and recreated the jawbone, before placing it back within his hood.

He decided to walk behind the man; if he decided to walk in front of him, he would end up more suspicious, only to anger him more.

Vorhamus was not in a run, as he never was, only to complete a mission.

Layed back in his thoughts, he stared at the clouds and decided to guess their forms as a way to the time pass off faster. Though getting extremely bored - more than he was before - he decided to stare at the ground, and think for some moments.

He had been called demon by the man, but even though he was mistaken, Vorhamus ignored the insult, as he normally would, and continued walking in direction to the gate. The gate could be seen to be about three meters from them, Vorhamus then stared as it became larger.

OOC: Oh been gone for too long lol.

BIC:

The young man who asked Shyra for some spare cash was slightly amusing to her.

She went into her sleeves and pulled out a small hand size purple purse with pink trimming on it, she amusing tossed it to the boy who asked her for money.

"Keep it, I have quite enough gold to last me a few years without too much of labor work. Keep the change too, hehe little boy."

Shyra then got up, since she notice that the Hawkdragon she was studying made his departure rather quickly.

So he has his instincts going already... this should be fun.

Shyra escaped to the upper floor and was now traveling on the rooftops. She quickly spotted the Hawkdragon wandering about the docks.

"This is perfect, now I can analyze this one's growth for awhile; then I'll decide to whether kill him or ruin him."

She pulled out a dagger a sliced her arm to draw blood. Though her blood was bitch black and burned with magical essence.

As the droplets of blood fell, they formed a magic circle and suddenly. A second Shyra appeared. Though this one was wearing bright red robes, with a shade of pinkish hair.

The original Shyra merely smiled and said, "You know what to do, as do I."

The second nodded, "Yes, yes. Though that doesn't mean we can't have some fun in the process right?"

The second Shyra made her way after the Hawkdragon, and the first decided to check on Eilfy.

She quickly spotted her with Ren and they were at the bench speaking.

I guess they won't mind if I eavesdrops on their sweet little chat, not that I'll be up to anything horrible for awhile...

She leaned over the roof top and listened to most of what they said, 'sword training' 'family' 'future ahead' and what got Shyra more intrigued by them was.

A smell of romance

Shyra made a gleeful smile as Ren grabbed hold of Eilfy, but her expectations were slightly dashed.

Shyra was holding for Ren to kiss Eilfy, to declare his love for her; but instead he chicken out and just gave her....

A relic of Banor?!?

Now Shyra was more intrigue and was glad she invested some interest into bringing Eilfy close. Since Shyra was now thinking of the excitement this could give her.

Since she was in such boredom after conquering Thanatos from Orcus, no one has dared to challenge her power or authority; not even the rival demon princes of the Abyss or the archdukes of the Nine Hells have thought of challenging her.

She stood up and raised her hand. Using the same dagger, she cut her palm open and allowed it to bleed a bit.

This time, she summoned a large black crane with white markings on its face. It swayed its head left and right, and it looked at Shyra with obedience.

She then summoned a small piece of paper out of flames and tied it to the crane's powerful leg.

"Go and catch up with the young girl Eilfy, guard her and protect her. For she may just have a very exciting future ahead of her."

The crane acknowledge and took off after Eilfy.

With plans set into motion and many things that will be coming, Shyra then made a sigh of expectations and went downstairs into the pub.

She just came in time to see Ren and Vorhamus getting ready to go at it.

She decided to play more games with them before she retired for the day.

"Oh Vorhamus!! Thank You for the Beer!! Let me treat you to some fine wine I got from the elven fortress of Shadow Thorn."

There that would set some sparks here.

Shyra had a mischievous smile and she was also looking at Ren with some keen interest.

Obviously the two either ignored her or were just to focus on fighting each other.

Men... all the same...

Shyra than leaped down the stairs and spoke to Frodo.

"Best make sure no one gets caught in a cross fire hehehe."

With that she followed the two to the north gates.

"I guess I'll watch as referee, so that you both don't end up dead fighting like simple minded fools."

Shyra loved fights, but she enjoyed getting into them as well.
