Well the liberty bay missions for getting the pirate outfit includes some errands for a beggar, maybe this is a part of those missions on other update or some future quest that makes you travel a lot, like TBI or inquisition. :wink:

Like the mysterius package.....Probably it will be part of a "wonderful quest" thats gives u a "awsome tool" thats can be use for fishing,light,crowbar and make breads!! :O
