I am kinda confused about the artwork competition, does it need to be artwork related to tibia or nothing to be associated with tibia?

It says:

Artwork Competition – Submit some art which is based off Tibia and created by you! It must be clearly based off Tibia and you’ll have to send a short description along with it too. Artwork can be drawn, painted, created or could even be something from Tibia (eg: parcel castle.

off tibia? or of tibia?

Also all the competitions except the quiz one will end on 1st June?
