Priestess

Like monks, priestesses are servants and followers of the evul god Zathroth. They probably came to being after some sort of accident. The society of monks only allow boys into their community. But it's likely that some time ago, a girl was born in the monastery. However, somehow the nurses thought it was a boy and he was accepted in the community. We (s)he got older, they granted him the title of honorary monk. But, as soon as she reached puberty, the monks realised they made a mistake. The boy was no boy, but a girl. Sadly, they couldn't sent her away, since she was a monk allready and therefore blessed by Zathroth. So, the monks decided to form a new clan of women, lead by the very first female monk. They granted her the new cool title of priestess of Zathroth and she would found her own monastery.

Priestesses are, in contrary to monks, formidable casters of deadly magic. However, this also makes them weak melee fighters. So, you could see them as the counterpart of the monks. When working togather, they form a great team that could eleminate every possible opponent. Luckily, both tribes tend to avoid the presence of the other sexe. This of course raises the question how they're able maintain the reproduction of members. Maybe, it's possible they recruit new members from the never ending flow of incoming souls. This however, is nothing more than a possibility.

Further information: Priestesses carry goat grasses. So, we can assume that goat meat is their primary source of food. However, as anyone ever seen a goat? This again raises many questions. It's clear that Tibia still holds many more secrets to onfold.
