Tibiawardens are considered, by strangers, as normal citizens of the Chakoya tribes. In fact, they are the most vital part of the tribe! They have a very high fishing skill, which they use to feed the rest of the tribe. Insult one though, and you insult them all - so the tribes must be very respectful to their fishing-Tribewardens or they'd be stuck eating beans all day!
